ROMAIN SCHMITT

ABOUT LEADING
Through his numerous collaborations as a drummer and his performances in many styles, Romain gradually acquired the codes of project management and group leadership. In his earliest memories, his father was a pianist in a jazz band and led a gospel choir.
"The drummer is the conductor of the group," his teacher Jean-Michel Heiby reminded him. It was only natural that Romain began to create various groups at first, and then to lead them later.
His high potential, his perfectionism and his taste for justice and fairness make him a quality leader.
